Flagstone State Community College
Requirement
Flagstone State Community College was looking to upgrade their existing timber seating to a more durable, low-maintenance alternative. The goal was to create inviting outdoor spaces where students could comfortably enjoy their breaks without worrying about splinters, warping, or ongoing upkeep. Having previously come across SeatsPlus, the school reached out after receiving our End of Financial Year Sale email, keen to take advantage of the offer.
Solution
The team connected with Brandi from our SeatsPlus sales team to discuss the project requirements, including timeframe and installation logistics. After reviewing the options, they chose 14 Monash Sheltered Park Settings, a practical choice that offers both comfort and protection from the elements, ideal for Queensland’s tropical climate.
To complement the school’s colours and enhance the vibrancy of the outdoor space, the settings were powder coated in Flame Red, with matching Colorbond® Steel Manor Red roofs. Creating a cohesive and colourful addition that stands out while remaining functional and robust.
Result
From the initial enquiry in May to installation during the July school holidays, the entire process was completed efficiently and on time. Installation took just two days, thanks to existing concrete slabs that were ready to accommodate the new settings.
