Yarragon FNC
Requirement
Yarragon Football and Netball Club is a friendly and supportive club competing in the Ellinbank & District Football Netball League. Their home base is Dowton Park Reserve, Yarragon located in the West Gippsland region of Victoria. Established in 1895, the club has a strong connection to the Yarragon community with generations of families coming together to watch games.
Despite the strong turnout to games, the club didn’t have adequate seating and was exploring better options for their players and supporters, such as aluminium grandstand style seating.
Solution
Having worked with many football and netball clubs in the past, Brandi from the SeatsPlus team worked with the club to understand their space and their goals. She assisted the club with their questions and provided multiple options for them to choose from.
After reviewing the options presented, the club chose two Four Tier Grandstand with Back Rests with Blaze Blue powder coated frames and end caps, one in a 4m length and one in a 6m length, to best suit their space.
The club requested quotes from multiple suppliers for this upgrade and chose to work with Seats Plus based on our customer service, competitive pricing and our stronger steel RHS frames.
Result
Once the order was placed, the grandstands were manufactured by our local team and delivered the following month.
The club can now comfortably seat 80 adults on their two new grandstands. Spectators have a clear view of the field, giving them the best experience of the game.
We had the pleasure of working with Yarragon Football and Netball Club again earlier this year, when they returned to purchase six 3m Bench Seats with Backrests, following their club room renovations. This addition accommodates an additional 36 people.
We’re proud to have worked with this club at the heart of the Yarragon community to provide comfortable and durable seating for a total of 116 spectators!
